Commercial Land Median Days to Sell Up Slightly in July, Remains Historically Short

The median days to sell commercial land within Miami-Dade County (on MLS) shot up to 111 in July, but from a seemingly anomalously low 58 in June.  When viewed over a longer period, 111 days is well buried in the lower part of a range that, but for a couple of outliers like the aforementioned prior month, generally stretches from just under 100 to 300 days.
